Appeals

If you disagree with the Assessor's appraised value of your property:

Appeal to the Anderson County Board of Equalization by June 30, 2006.

Property owners must file appeals within this timeframe, or lose all rights of appeal.

If you disagree with the County Board's decision, you may appeal to the State Board of Equalization within 45 days.
